Current opportunities:

Assistant Practitioner
Animate is looking for freelance assistant practitioners for our Tuesday session Effect. Effect is a relaxed theatre session for disabled adults, the focus is theatre skills, communication and friendship.
Duties for this role:
-
Supporting the lead in sessions
-
Lead small groups
-
Be a positive example for exercises and games
-
Handling money/registering members
When:
Tuesday term times, 10 week term
Timings - 10:30am - 12:30pm
Mount Gould Methodist Church, Plymouth
Starting 25th of February 2025 for 6 weeks to complete the current term.

£20 per hour
Requirements:

Your own full DBS check
-
Safeguarding training or willing to complete

Interest in working in inclusion
Desirable skills:
-
Confident implementing safeguarding procedures
-
Experience in working with people with a range of disabilities
